ADHD Increases The Risk of Addictions

Having ADHD, in particular undiagnosed and/or untreated ADHD, increases the risk of developing addictions.

The primary 3 reasons for this are:

  1. Impulsivity
  2. Genetics
  3. Reward Deficiency
